All shipping is currently sent via Courier Post.
We allow pickups by arrangement from our home studio in Ashburton, New Zealand. Please contact us for a code to remove the shipping cost.

How long will my order take?

Every order varies depending on what product you have purchased. As our work is custom we create every piece for you. Generally it can take up to 3 weeks for your order to be created. Please contact us if you require your item sooner. For current up to date turn around times please see our Shipping and Turnaround page.

How do I mount my design?

Most of our items are made from 3mm material (bamboo or acrylic). They are best placed on your walls with 3M strips. Bluetac doesn't always have enough strength so please be warned!
Certain items will come with special mounts (ie. clocks & framed items)

Can your wood items differ from the pictures?

Yes. Wood is a natural product and as such we cannot guarantee what the grain will look like, or how the engraving process will eventuate. While we strive for consistency, we cannot guarantee it will look 100% like the images.

Do you do provide a Proof before producing my order?

Not for our standard personalised products sorry. In order to keep our production schedules and to keep product costs down we do not provide a proof for your order. For personalised products we do have an option to add a proof for your order which covers the admin time to do this and make one minor change if required. You can find the Product Proof Option here. We reserve the right to charge a further fee if you require further or heavy revisions to this proof.
For fully custom orders, cost of proofing is built into your product as well as 3 minor revision stages.
