New Zealand Shipping Fees

• All New Zealand Orders are currently shipped through Courier Post (occasionally through Aramax if Courier Post is unavailable)
• All orders in New Zealand qualify for free shipping.
• Items are generally shipped via overnight shipping except for larger items.
• All shipping times are additional to turn around times.
• All orders are shipped with 'signature on delivery'.
  Please note: we will not be held liable for any missing items if you have an Authority to Leave in place. We will assist in tracking your parcel though if required. 

Australian Shipping Fees

• Flat Rate Delivery is $20 per order.
• All orders over $150 NZD qualify for free shipping
• Items are shipped on the most economical tracked shipping option.
• Items are shipped untracked if the total value is under $100 NZD, all orders over this amount are shipped tracked.
• All shipping times are additional to turn around times.

Local Pickup

• FREE! 
  
• We allow pickups by arrangement during the week from our Studio in Ashburton.
• Pickups are generally weekdays between 3.30pm and 7pm by arrangement.
• Just choose Local Pickup when checking out.

Forgot something and want to combine orders?

• Contact us for our Combined Orders Code.
  
• Please note: Orders must be placed within 4 days of each other to qualify for the combined orders code. Beyond this we cannot guarantee that the orders will be completed at the same time unless you are happy to wait for the latest order to be completed.

Important Shipping Information

• Any orders that are 'Returned to Sender' due to incorrect information supplied or order not collected, will incur additional postage fees if it is to be resent. We do not take responsibility for any additional postage fees.
• Please contact us as soon as possible with photographs if any items arrived damaged through shipping so we can organise replacements and start a damage claim.

Current Turnaround Times

STANDARD ORDERS
We're in the specialty of turning your dreams into a design and as such your items are custom.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be made and shipped.
Shipping times are additional to current turnaround times.
Current Turnaround is approximately: 4-6  Weeks due to Health Reasons

RING/TOOTH BOXES
Our ring/tooth boxes use a dedicated machine so have a different turnaround time compared to our other products.
Please allow up to 1.5 weeks for your ring/tooth box to be made and shipped if you have only ordered a ring/tooth box.
All orders with additional items that are not a ring/tooth box will be classed as a standard order. If you would like your ring box sooner than your other items, please place two separate orders.

URGENT/RUSH ORDERS
If you have a rush order, please get in touch with us and let us know the date you need your order by. We will let you know if there are any issues with the deadline you need.
